Funding

If your case proceeds to a Crown Court for trial, most people automatically qualify for legal aid. However, depending on your income and available capital you may be required to pay a monthly contribution towards your legal costs and/or a contribution towards your costs at the end of your case if convicted. Evidence may need to be provided of your income and assets.

If you are under 18 you are automatically entitled to Legal Aid. You will not be required to provide any proof of expenditure or income. You will also not be required to pay any contribution towards your legal costs.

If you do not qualify for legal aid, we are happy to discuss hourly rates or a fixed fee arrangement.
